Ticketing

When will tickets be sent out?

Tickets issued by Liverpool Culture Company are subject to the terms and conditions of entry (please see separate terms and conditions)

Tickets will be sent out to UK Residents no later than two weeks prior to the event.

We do not intend to send tickets for the Liverpool Sound Concert to overseas purchasers by post.

Your tickets will be available for collection from Monday 26th May at the following locations and times: Monday 26th until Friday 30th May from the 08 Place, Whitechapel in Liverpool City Centre, opening times are:

International ticket holders will be able to collect their tickets from the 08 shop in Whitechapel, Liverpool on
Monday 26th May 11am - 4 pm
Tuesday 27th May 10am - 6 pm
Wednesday 28th May 9am - 6pm
Thursday 29th May 9am - 6pm
Friday 30th May 9am - 6pm
Alternatively tickets will be available for collection from the ticket office atAnfield Stadium, 
Anfield Road, 
Liverpool 
L4 0TH 

Saturday 31st May noon - 4 pm
Sunday 1st June noon - 4 pm

Please DO NOT contact Liverpool Football Club regarding ticket enquiries. SEE tickets should be contacted regarding all ticketing enquiries via email address below.

On collection of ticket(s) the credit card used for payment must be produced along with name identification and confirmation email. 

If the cardholder is not collecting the ticket(s) a signed letter from the cardholder must be produced quoting the last four digits of the payment card and giving authorisation to the person collecting. This person must also bring identification which includes name and the confirmation email.

Proof of purchase or authorisation from person who bought the tickets will be required in order to collect tickets from box office or 08 Shop. So please bring confirmation email / letter sent when tickets were purchased, and / or credit card (or note of last four numbers of card) used to purchase tickets. If the tickets has been purchased on behalf of someone else then a letter of authorisation should also be brought along.

Please note that tickets purchased for the pitch / unreserved seating, for security reasons, will be sent via recorded delivery and will require signature upon receipt. NO DUPLICATES WILL BE ISSUED.

I have changed address / credit card since booking the tickets?

Please contact SEE tickets prior to the event on the email address below. 

What if I lose my tickets after being sent them?

Unfortunately for security reasons, no duplicate tickets will be issued.

Please note ticket checks will be taking place through the day. All ticket holders will be required to keep their ticket on them at all times

Ticket Holders with access requirements

Please contact SEE tickets on email below, as soon as possible if you have access requirements. Please note an accessible viewing platform is available for the event, on a limited basis. Access requirements notified to event organisers on the event day will be dealt with if at all possible but due to space limitations may not be guaranteed if no prior notification is given

Security Checks

The right to admission to an event is reserved by the promoter and event venue, who may take health and safety, environmental and security concerns into account at their reasonable discretion, and may from time to time carry out security searches.

Please note security checks will be in operation on the day. Bag searches and ticket checks will be carried out on all those entering the stadium. Only those with official tickets will be allowed entry into the stadium..

Please note alcohol, drugs, banned substances, video / photos cameras, sound recording devices, air horns, knives, bottles, cans, poles, glass bottles and any articles that might be used as a weapon  and / or compromise public health & safety are not permitted within the ground.

Customers are not allowed to take any food or drinks within the ground. Alcohol will be available for purchase within the stadium grounds until 30 mins before the end of the show. The stadium and its immediate environment are non-smoking.  Anyone found smoking or with banned substances within the stadium building or pitch will be removed from the stadium.

Opening times 

Gates will open at 17.00hours

The concert will finish 22.30 approx (please note times may vary).

Concessions selling food and beverages will be available within the stadium until 30 mins before the end of the show. Official merchandise will be available to purchase within the grounds of the stadium once through ticket checks.

Please note pass outs will NOT be granted. Anyone leaving the stadium will not be granted access back into the event.
